Clubs Grants and Bursaries
The Clubs Office distributes grants and bursaries each year. Individual and Student Constable Bursary applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Club grant applications will only be distributed during the granting period. Contact the Director of Clubs at clubs@ams.queensu.ca if you have questions!

Clubs Individual Bursary
The Clubs Bursary Program is intended to provide support to individuals who wish to attend or participate in a sanctioned Queen’s club event and/or initiative but face financial barriers. The bursary is designed to subsidize the partial cost of attending a club event and the maximum funding that an individual may receive from this grant will be $100. Applications for the Clubs Bursary Program will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the entire year. Funding will be determined based on the quality of the application, relevance of event to club, demonstration of financial need, and benefit to applicant’s student experience. Please send your completed application to the Director of Clubs at clubs@ams.queensu.ca. You will be notified through email with the result of your bursary application. The applicant must submit a report form for the funds used within thirty (30) days of using the funds.
