SWS Feedback System
Student Wellness Services (SWS) is for students attending Queen’s University located in the LaSalle Building at 146/140 Stuart Street (at the bottom of University Avenue). Health Services provides students with physician appointments either by appointment or by accessing SWS Walk-In Clinic. Counselling Services offers one-to-one counselling and crisis support to students. Queen’s Student Accessibility Services (QSAS) assists students with accommodations and relevant planning. Finally, Health Promotions aims to support and promote student health on campus. This survey is intended to gather information regarding student experiences with any of these services.
