World Vision is a relief, development and advocacy organization dedicated to working with children, families and communities to overcome poverty and injustice.

World Vision’s Mission Statement: “to inspire positive change among impoverished Canadians, as well as internationally…Our goal is to improve the quality of life for the lonely, the underprivileged, and those caught in the web of poverty and despair.”

Here at Queen’s, our chapter focuses on local fundraising through several World Vision campaigns. These include the 30 HR Famine, Polar Bear Dip, and the Clean Water Project #WaterWalk. We aim to act as an intermediary for motivated students who wish to reach out and volunteer to bring together all people, regardless of race, religion, gender, or ethnicity.
