The mandate of the Vinyl Appreciation Collective is to preserve, restore and enjoy the sound of vinyl by providing a space for people with similar interests to build friendships and develop a strong sense of community.

The Vinyl Appreciation Collective is the only club at Queen’s University to provide a medium for the sharing of music through the listening of vinyl records. At each weekly gathering, a theme is chosen and each member is asked to bring a record that pertains to the chosen theme. The Vinyl Appreciative is all in all, a safe environment for students to share and embrace the warm sounds of vinyl records with their peers.
