Description
Jack.org is working to revolutionize the way youth think and talk about mental health. On Queen’s campus we run various events to educate students and provide opportunities to practice behaviors that promote positive mental health. Additionally, through our annual summit we equip students with tools to start and engage in conversations surrounding mental health, which they can bring into their communities. Finally, our member’s group meets to discuss important topics regarding mental health and mental illness. Collectively, we aim to make mental health a more prominent discussion on campus and educate students on how to take care of their own and look out for others’ mental health.
