We believe that every child, regardless of his or her needs, deserves to experience unconditional love, and be treated with dignity and care. Queen’s Love Without Boundaries (Queen’s LWB) strives to bring together student volunteers to advocate and fundraise for the medical care, foster care and education of orphaned and impoverished children in China. As the first university chapter of our parent organization, Love Without Boundaries, we are a pilot project for developing an official university program all over North America.
Love Without Boundaries is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of thousands of orphaned and impoverished children by providing life-saving surgeries, loving foster care homes, nutritional support in orphanages and foster homes, qualified educators and generous adoption grants in over a hundred towns and villages in China. Love Without Boundaries began in the year 2003 in an effort to help save the life of one tiny boy in China. His heart surgery was successful due to the combined efforts of passionate and dedicated people, and they decided to stay together to impact the lives of thousands of other children in need.
Currently, Love Without Boundaries operates ongoing programs throughout China to support orphaned and underprivileged children in every aspect of their life. Examples of LWB programs include the Medical and Unity Initiative (hyperlink: https://www.lovewithoutboundaries.com/programs/medical/ ) that funds countless surgeries and treatments like heart surgery, cleft lip and palate repair and preemie care; Believe in Me Schools and Education Support (hyperlink: https://www.lovewithoutboundaries.com/programs/education/ ) that bring education right to orphanages and empower children by providing them giving them the opportunity to improve their life; and Healing Homes (hyperlink: https://www.lovewithoutboundaries.com/programs/healing-homes/ ) that provide specialized medical care.
This past August, LWB celebrated its 17th anniversary since its inception in 2003, and the Queen’s chapter is extremely excited to continue its incredible legacy!
