CARRM @ Queen’s is one of several chapters of the Canadian Association for Research in Regenerative Medicine, a non-profit organization that seeks to advance the field of regenerative medicine. It is unique in the fact that no other club is close to being as dedicated and focused towards understanding and utilizing the untried potential of regenerative medicine.

CARRM is devoted to two specific goals: donating and funding regenerative medicine and stem cell research facilities, and informing/educating the public of the fantastic potential capabilities of stem cells. CARRM raises both money and awareness to aid the research and medical fields in reaching the future of modern healthcare. Regenerative medicine shows promise of treating illnesses ranging from diabetes to Alzheimer’s, and CARRM strives to help pave the way towards that hope, or at the very least make it much easier to reach.
