We are a women’s fitness club at Queen’s with the purpose of educating self-identifying women of proper gym techniques, inspiring women to start strength-training, and breaking the stigma and fear that many women have when entering the weight section of the gym. Our club will provide a safe space for beginner, intermediate and experienced women to train without the stressors that many women face when exercising alone in a male-dominated environment. Basically, we just hang out and get fit together!
