COFTA has many diverse events throughout the year in order to allow students to connect with one another and to grow spiritually, socially, culturally and mentally. Our activities include (1) Bible studies where we study the Word of God and its meaning in our lives, (2) spiritual discussions on biblical themes, theological subjects, and current cultural issues, (3) prayer sessions, and (4) social events, such as game nights and food outings.

As it says in Psalms, “Behold how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” (Psalm 133:1). COFTA strives to foster Christian fellowship among Queen’s students and to create a safe environment where students can grow together in a spirit of godliness and love. COFTA allows students from all backgrounds the opportunity to learn more about the richness of the Coptic Orthodox faith and how we can apply this faith in our daily lives as Christians.
