The Food and Safety Director oversees the operations, finances, and strategic management of one third of the AMS corporate services. The services within the Food and Safety portfolio are the AMS Pub Services, the Common Ground Coffee House, the Queen’s Student Constables, and Walkhome. The Food and Safety Director also sits as a non-voting member on the AMS Board of Directors, which oversees the financial matters of the AMS as a whole.

The Retail Services Director oversees the operations, finances, and strategic management of one third of the AMS corporate services. The services within the Retail Services portfolio are the Publishing and Copy Centre, The AMS Merchandise Services (which runs both Tricolour Outfitters and the Used Bookstore), and Destinations. The Retail Services Director also sits as a non-voting member on the AMS Board of Directors, which oversees the financial matters of the AMS as a whole.

The Media Services Director oversees the operations, finances, and strategic management of one third of the AMS corporate services. The services within the Media portfolio are the Queen’s Journal, Queen's TV, Yearbook and Convocation Services, Guide to Queen's Agenda, and CFRC 101.9 FM. The Media Services Director also sits as a non-voting member on the AMS Board of Directors, which oversees the financial matters of the AMS as a whole.
